He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Effler and Tilda Effler (Carr). He is survived by: his wife Karen Effler (White); his children, Kristi Cooper (Allen) and Robert Effler; his grandchildren, Will and Kassi Cooper; and his sisters, Brenda Williams, Becky Fields and Libby Huschka.
