He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burkhart and Sylvia Burkhart; and his brother Richard Burkhart. He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Burkhart of Maynardville; his son Dusty Burkhart (Sarah) of Corryton; his grandson Dallas Ray Burkhart of Corryton; his sister Rhonda Burkhart of Halls; and his niece Angela Wilkerson. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends.
