He was predeceased by: his parents, Rob Bailey and Leona Bailey; his siblings, Hollis Bailey, Cathy Bailey and Carolyn Nicley; and his granddaughter Angel Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bailey; his sons, Ronnie Bailey (Melinda), Steve Bailey (Amanda) and Greg Bailey (Christy); and his siblings, Wayne Bailey, Mary Bailey of Maynardville and Bessie Williams of Maynardville. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, Three great-grandchildren.
