He was predeceased by: his daughter Brooke Henderson; and his father Jack Lee Henderson. He is survived by: his grandsons, Ryan and Zeke Firuta of North Carolina; his mother Kathy McCollum (S. T.) of Maynardville; his brothers, Mark Henderson (Brandy) of Maynardville and Matt Henderson (Amber) of Loudon; his nieces and nephews, Oakley Henderson, Mark Henderson, Jr., Coty Henderson, Hannah Henderson, Adrienne Carmical and Shelby Carmical; and his great-niece Harley Henderson. He is also survived by several other great-nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
