He is survived by: his wife Faye Hensley Harmon; his daughters, Ginger DeVault (Mark), Penny Farmer (Brian) and Tiffany Raley (Shawn); his grandchildren, Renae DeVault Hubbs, Kali DeVault Spradlen, Kendall Sullenberger, Natalie Sullenberger Sawyer, Christian Raley, Makayla Raley, Tori Farmer Powell and Madison Farmer; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Bowen Hubbs, Presley, Parker Spradlen, Wrylon Leach Sullenberger, Wren Powell and Eden Powell; and his siblings, Roy Harmon (Maria), Roger Harmon (Wanda) and Ramah Humphrey (Jerry).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lett Cemetery.
