He was predeceased by: his father Larry Dew. He is survived by: his mother Dinah Dew; his sons, Matthew and AJ; his brother Matthew McMillan; his extended family, Cathy Nowak, Jodi Moore and Melissa King; and his close friend Dylan Squires.
