He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Barbara Rutherford; his children, Becky Tolliver and Russell Tolliver; his parents, Cas Tolliver and Agnes Tolliver; and his siblings, Romanell Tolliver, Josephine Strevel, J. W., Billy Ray, Darrell, Dwain and Gary Tolliver.
He is survived by: his son Michael Tolliver (Danielle); his grandchildren, Ali, Grayson, Justin Collins and Hunter Ellison; his sister Opal Beeler; his children, Brad, Cassie Monday and Tammy Larmer; his brother Farron Tolliver; and his close friend Lisa Wilkerson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
