He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wayne and Melba June Shoffner (Irick); his grandparents, Monroe Kenneth Shoffner, Anne Shoffner Malone (Mom Anne), Clayton and Opal Irick (Raley); his cousin Kenneth Greene; and his aunt Peggy Shoffner Allen.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Penny Hensley of Maynardville; his son Chase Shoffner (Mia) of Maynardville; his granddaughter Paisleigh Shoffner; his sister Jody Black; his niece Michaela Black; his stepchildren, Megan Woods and Corey Smith; his cousin Tammy Bowman of Maynardville; and his close friend Keith Bailey. He is also survived by several other family members along with a host of friends that includes the co-workers.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A procession was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monroe Cemetery.
