He is survived by: his son Jerry; his daughter-in-law Janie Smith; his daughter Trish; his son-in-law Jerry Widener; his grandchildren, Brian (Jody L. Smith), Jody "Joe" A. Smith, Hunter and Tasha Raley; his great grandchildren, Breanna, Brylee Smith and Tiahna Raley; and his girlfriend Eunice Burnette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
