He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Mills; his son Joel; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Mills of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Stacie-Ann, Blake and Alexis Mills; and his siblings, Sherman (Cinda Mills), Tommy (Kathy Mills), Reaford (Eula Mills), Mary Roark and Kathleen (James Dyer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
