He is survived by: his wife Liva Mitchell (Sharp); and his children, Michael Mitchell (Carolyn) of Knoxville, Gary Mitchell (Debra) of Maynardville, Keith Mitchell of Knoxville and Vicky Mitchell of Knoxville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and lots of other loving family members.
