She is survived by: her husband William Cooper; her children, Marie Cooper Armstrong of Covington, James Cooper of Mason and William "Brian" Cooper (Candice) of Munford; her brother Bill Perry of Dyersburg; her siblings-in-law, Tonia Cooper Mullen of Munford and Charles McDowell of Ringgold, GA; her grandchildren, Logan Issiac Cooper, William Chandler Cooper, Chloe Cooper, Bailey Cooper, Jacqulin Wright, Alexus Wright, Joseph Wright and Justin Gibson; and her great grandchild Ramona Marie McCaskill.
