He was predeceased by: his wife Beulah Louise Burk; and his parents, Clyde Levi and Pearl Lena Burk. He is survived by: his children, Donavion L. Burk, Jr. of Mason, Jimmy Edward Burk of Mason, Paul Anthony Burk of Covington and Donna Ruth Burk of Burlison; and his brother Leon Libby Burk of Jacks Creek, TN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren.
