He is survived by: his wife Ruth Holland Vestal of Mason Hall, Tennessee; his daughter Christy Hudson (Tim) of Sardis, Tennessee; his stepdaughter Kim Goff of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his sons, Steve Vestal of Waxahachie and Alex Vestal of Newbern, Tennessee; and his siblings, Linda Shopher (Alvin), Marilyn Woods (Robert), Edith Haley (Ernest) and Billy Vestal (Carrol). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
