He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McKnight; his children, Katie McKnight Rickard (Douglas) and John Andrew McKnight (Anita); his grandsons, Zachary Rickard (April) and Colton McKnight; his stepchildren, Debbie Hazlerig Johnson (Rusty) and Anthony Hazlerig; his stepgrandsons, Dustin Johnson (Michelle) and John Johnson (Carley); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Halie Johnson, Charlee B. Johnson, Braden Johnson, Mac Johnson and Tatom Johnson.
