She is survived by: her mother Jennie Allen; her children, David Hurst Jr. and Jordan Hurst (Allison); her grandchildren, Anberlyn and Jaxon Hurst; her sisters, Crystal Mugan (Matt) and Kari Parsons; her nephew Killian Mugan; and her cousin Timothy Mills. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
