Towanda is survived by: husband William "Billy" Payne; children, Marcus David Pace (Samantha), Mary Carol Pace, William "Billy" Payne (Chawanna) and Lisa Russell (Mark); and siblings, Danny Pace, Joseph Wobbleton, Jr., Mary Nell Adams and Rhonda Harris. Towanda is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
