She is survived by: her husband Leroy Loy, Jr.; her children, Rebecca Tipton (William "Bill") and Charles Andrew "Andy" Loy; her grandson William Eugene "Geo" Tipton; and her sister Margaret Begley (Cecil). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
