She is survived by: her son David McCormack; her daughter-in-law Karen McCormack; her grandson Brandon McCormack; her wife Tracie McCormack; her great grandchildren, Hunter McCormack and Eli McCormack; her sister Kathleen Bolin; and her sister-in-law Louise Boling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
