He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clifton and Ann Clifton. He is survived by: his wife Connie Clifton of Knoxville; his children, Mark D. Clifton (Laura) of Maynardville, Corey Clifton (Laura) of Maynardville, Jessica Garcia of Seattle, Washington. and Jenny Rivera (Joe) of Seattle, Washington.; his grandchildren, Indigo, Josh, Emily, Haley, Asher and Saylah; his great grandchildren, Jayce and Juniper; and his sister Missy Pirtle (Dalvin) of Springfield, Tennessee.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends.
