She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Williams and Hazel Williams; and her brothers, Donald, David and Charlie Williams.
She is survived by: her husband J. V. Webster; her daughter Cheryl; her son-in-law John Tuggle; and her grandchildren, Jordan and Madison Tuggle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
