He is survived by: his wife Jewell Summers (Moore); his sons, Mark (Veronica Summers) and Steve (Cheryl Summers); his grandsons, Aaron and Austin Summers; his brothers, James and Bill Summers; and his nephew Brad Summers. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
