He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lundy; his daughters, Shanna Long (Curtis Jr) and Heather Haynes (Billy); his stepchildren, Shauna Welch and Josh Welch; his grandchildren, AnnaMarie Long, EmmaLee Long, Samson Haynes, Daisy Haynes, Kaitlyn Welch and EmmaRae Welch; his siblings, Dale Maples (Rachel), David Lundy (Tina) and Charlotte Cates; and his child Molly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
