He is survived by: his wife Wilma Leath; his sons, Gil Leath and Allen Leath (Tabatha); his siblings-in-law, Terry Washam (Karen), Mary Norris, Phyllis Washam, Sherry Adams and Lisa Cassell; his niece Deborah Wilkerson; his grandchildren, Adam Wesley Leath, Christopher Shane Leath, Amanda Renee Spears and Deric Allen Leath; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Jacob, Lori, Shelby John and Lily.
