She was predeceased by: her husband Ollie Boring; her parents, Earl Parrott and Gertie Parrott; her daughter Linda Lawson; and her grandson Roger Lawson.
She is survived by: her son Carroll Ward of Indiana; her grandchildren, Cindy, Charles Meridieth of Maryville, Aaron Ward of Indiana, Eddie Ward of Indiana and Randy Lawson of Vonore; her great grandchildren, Haley Lawson of Maryville and Wesley Meridieth of Maryville; and her sisters, Irma Coffey of Knoxville and Nita Treadway of Knoxville. She is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
