He is survived by: his wife Molli Jo Jenkins; his children, Josie, Jonas and Jaylon; his pet Jack; his parents, Bill Jenkins and Debra Jenkins; his sister Kayla Jenkins; his brother-in-law Todd Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Kaya and Carter; his parents-in-law, Joe and Vicki McCall; his sister Elise; his brother-in-law John Ikonomou; and his nephew John Elisha. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
