He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Irwin and Rena Irwin (Heaton). He is survived by: his daughter Maxine Eisenhower (Dilbeck); his siblings, Andrew Dexter Irwin (Irma), Doyle Lynn Irwin and Wilma Dean (Pat Reed); his brother-in-law Ralph Lee; his nephews, Jeff Lee, Sid Lee and Jason Irwin; his wife Gissell "Jody" Irwin (Hurst); his children, Ronnie Irwin (Denise), Charles Irwin, Tammie Utley (Ron), Richard Irwin and Brian Irwin (Kelly) of Johnson City, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Kristen White (Devin), Jonathan Burns (Kristina), Tabatha Burns, Brooke Irwin and Gabriel Irwin; and his sister Joyce Lee (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
