He is survived by: his wife Gale Huffman; his children, Rhonda Costner of Maryville, Randy Costner of Maryville and Beth Spence (Michael) of Knoxville; and his sister Pat Montgomery. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
