He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rogers Helton; and his children, Nancy "Joanie" Sauls, William "Buddy" C., Roger O. Helton and Adam C. Helton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews that were dearly loved by their Papa.
