He is survived by: his wife Mary Bell Manns Cooper; and his children, Sheree Moody (Wilfred) of Friendsville, Kay Carpenter (Kathy Cooper) of Maryville, Rev. David Cooper (Brenda Gail) of Maryville and Paul Browning (Luke Manns). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
