He was predeceased by: his daughter Mindy; his parents, Fredrick "Bud" Lampkin and Ethel Annalee Monday; his siblings, Dodie Nicley, Paul Lampkin and Curtis Mason; and his nephew Harland.
He is survived by: his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danielle (Brad), Cassie (Andrew), Darian, Meranda, Josh, Shaylee, Caiden, Paislee, Tanner, Everlee, Briason, Summer, Kenai and Elijah; his siblings, Buddy Lampkin (Angie) and Debbie Lambert (Johnny); and also Suzee.
