She is survived by: her husband James Robert Effler; her children, James Dale Effler (Tracy), Carol Jean Poole (Tim) and Tony Lynn Effler (Sheena); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Effler, Alicia Smith (Matt), Kelly Green (Eli), Hannah Effler, Levi Owens (Hannah) and Haley Owens. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
