He is survived by: his wife Joyce Webb Adams; his sons, Manquel Adams and Billy Williams Jr.; his grandchildren, Brandi Shelton, Billy Williams III, Makel Petty and Jamal Williams; his siblings, Beverly Beauford (Tom), Jacquelyn Adams-Carr, Patricia Lewis (Weeghmyn) and Kevin Johnson (Roslyn); and his siblings-in-law, Ruenell Prater, Peggy Webb and James Webb Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
