She is survived by: her children, Aaron (Debbie), Heather Constantino (Michael), Nathan (Valerie) and Amber Perkins (David); her grandchildren, Isabella, Joe, Hannah, Catherine Love (Ryan Sitton), Nicolas, Ben and Grace; her sister Patricia Grimm; and her nieces, Karolyn (Thomas) and Sharon (Stacey). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local Humane Society in Suzanne's honor.
