He was predeceased by: his father George Hammontree; and his grandparents, Fred, Myrtle Hammontree, Jack and Mary Ruth Felty.
He is survived by: his wife Donna D. Hammontree; his son David Hammontree; his close friends, Lil Barry and Gracie; his mother Betty Jo Hammontree; his sister Debbie Holt (Rick); his niece Heather; his great-niece Keilei; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Sue Dickerson; and his siblings-in-law, Gail and Tony Bush. He is also survived by many many friends and extended family.
