He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Edward Lee and Rosie Norton Lee; his brothers, Billy Lee and Murray "Gator" Lee; his nephew Frankie Lee; and his great-nephews, Caleb Lee and Alexander Chase "Pnut" Turbeville.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Lee; his son Wyatt Walker Lee; his stepson Noah Bane Pilotte; his former wife Joy Cruse; his nieces and nephews, Tracy Lee (Barbara) and Ricky Lee (Bobbie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robbie Lee, Raven Lee, Tiffany Hyatt (Daniel), Heidi Turbeville (Kevin), Candy Gendle (Lou), Chris Lee (Angie), Mandy Weatherford (Eric) and Josh Lee; and his pets, Fluffy, Charlie, Bandit, Izzy and Zoey.
