She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Goforth and Mae Goforth; and her siblings, Charles, Wayne Goforth, Jimmy Goforth, Judy Ballew and Ethel Davidson.

She is survived by: her children, Michael McPeak, Jackie (Raymond Anderson), Tracy McPeak and Tisha (Sam Welshan); her grandchildren, Trevor Anderson, Tiffany, AJ Walker, Terra Anderson, Gracie Welshan, Isaac and Hope McPeak; and her great grandchildren, Levi and Willow Walker.
