She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Gaines-Nesmith (Willie); her granddaughters, LaToya Elder (Derrick) of Knoxville and Deztane Nesmith of Alcoa; her great grandchildren, Derrick Jr. and Maurice Elder of Knoxville; her siblings, Odetha DeHart Whitted of Alcoa, Peggy Young (Jack) of Alcoa and Paul DeHart (Florence) of Orrville, OH; and her sister-in-law Minnette Criner of Detroit, MI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
