She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bartlett and Cora Bartlett; and her brother Jerry Bartlett. She is survived by: her husband Herbert W. Franseen; her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Barbara Franseen of Collierville, TN; her daughter Kelly; her son-in-law James Webb of Maryville; her grandchildren, Joshua, Amy Lawson of Knoxville, Jeané Franseen of Orlando and Julian Franseen of Thompson's Station, TN; her great grandchild Connor Lawson of Knoxville; her siblings, Cynthia Kennedy of Indiana and Randy; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Bartlett of Davenport, Iowa. She is also survived by her family and friends.
