He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pete, Betty Carter of Alcoa, Rev. Gale and Esther Keown of Maryville; and his aunt Pam Carter of Maryville.
He is survived by: his parents, Pete Carter and Kim Carter; his aunts and uncles, Ron, Lynn Waters of Alcoa, Larry (Linda Keown), Tim (Lisa Johnson) and David (Marcia Carter); and his cousins, Larry David, Nick, Bradly Keown of Murfreesboro, Josh Carter, Candace Hunt of Maryville, Kimberly Johnson of Virginia and Jessica Carter of North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clark's Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund or the Blount County Animal Center.
