He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Marshall and Ruth Marshall; and his siblings, Jimmy Marshall, Gary Marshall and Shirley Jean Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian S. Marshall; his children, Joy Ledbetter (Mike) and Jimmy Marshall (Nancee); his grandchildren, Jason Ledbetter (Kindal), Tyler Marshall (Natalie) and Kelsey Clemmons (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Kynlea Ledbetter and Ariya Ledbetter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
