He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Headrick and Roxie Headrick; his grandparents, Henry, Biddy Headrick, Lee and Sadie Wilburn; his sister Mable Loretta; and his grandson Daniel Justin Headrick.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Croft Headrick; his sons, Justin (April) and Joshua (Christine); his grandchildren, Hannah, Brently Headrick, Bryce and Haley Ramsey; and his uncle Cliff Wilburn. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
