He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Poplin Sr. and Mildred Garner Poplin; and his brother Earl Poplin Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy White Poplin; his daughters, Tammy (Kent Sellars), Amanda (Chuck Quiett) and Nikki (Brent Ridge); his grandchildren, Kelsey Walker, Gabe Emert, Katelyn Price, Shelby Emert, Mckensie Emert, Brenna Ridge, Macie Ridge and Garrett Quiett; and his siblings, Charles "Butch" Poplin, Sandra Blevins, Steve Poplin and Becca Caylor. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
