He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Lash, Sr. and Katherine P. Lash; his brother John S. Lash; his father-in-law Charles Edward Gregory; and his brother-in-law Jerry W. Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Denia Henry Lash; his children, Jennifer Lash Anders (Brad) of Knoxville, Adam W. Henry (Chelsey) of Maryville and Aaron M. Henry (Callyn) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Addie Anders, Aliana Henry, Charlie Henry, Charlotte Henry, Bennett Henry, Caroline Henry and Cooper Henry; his sister Susie Lash; his mother-in-law Edith Gregory Lynn; his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Lash and Amy Gregory Moore (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Shelby Lash, Carson Lash, Joshua Yoakum and Joseph Yoakum; and his caregivers, Kellee Cronan, Kurt Wieger, Chris Schneider and Vanderbilt.
