He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Trish Ann" Patton; his parents, Rev. Alvin Patton and Bessie Cline Patton; and his siblings, Louella Patton, Harold Patton and Olbin Patton.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Ron Mills; his granddaughters, Sarah Elizabeth Mills and Rachel Grace Mills; and his siblings, Bernice Long, Linda Griffing and Calvin Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
