He is survived by: his friend Richard; his brother Johnathan Cogburn; his wife Chelsea; his children, Dazey (Jax) and Izabella (Lin); his parents, Darrell Welch (Trina) and Rose Lasher (Rob); his father-in-law Rick Rose (Robbin); his siblings, Jeremy, Charlie, Dustin and Ashleigh; his sister-in-law Katie; and his caregivers, Chandra Garland, Kim Robinson, Aresha Robinson and Lucy Girt. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
