Spurlock (Bethany Spurlock); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Joseph, Dixie, Ryan, Dustin, Alaric, Elijah of Hunter, L. T. and Sophia; his siblings, Wanda (James VanTroostenberghe), Wendy (Tony Seawright), Reid (Dori Puckett), Roger (Debbie Puckett) and Ronald (Katie Puckett); and his sister-in-law Marti Puckett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
