He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford E. Jr. Carroll and Edith Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Cindy "Gayle" Campbell Carroll; his children, Cindy Brooks and Chuck; his daughter-in-law Rachael Garner; his grandchildren, Caden of Taryn, E. J. and Malakai "Mikey"; and his brothers, Don Carroll, Bob (Valorie Carroll) and Ed (Kelly Carroll). He is also survived by one niece, several nephews.
