He was predeceased by: his son Taylor Ray Nance; his father William Ray Nance; his grandparents, John, Edna Miller, Willie, Viola Nance and Shirley Shannon; and his brothers, Mike Moore, Steve Moore and Lynn Moffett.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret Nance; his wife April; his children, Devan Nance (Trisha), Adam Barber-Nance (Jessie) and Alexandria Lloyd; his grandchildren, Abby Rose, Noah, Maddy and Emery; his parents-in-law, Judy and Charlie Moffett; and his sisters, Kathy Daniels and Amy Townsend (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Turner Street Baptist Church (942 Turner St, Maryville, TN 37801). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
