He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ivens and Mae Bell Ivens; and his uncle JB Graves. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bryan Ivens; his sons, Jeff Ivens (Robin) and Kenny Ivens (Missy); his grandsons, Cole and Mason Ivens; his cousin Debbie Rasbury; his brothers, Bill (Joan Bryan) and David (Marilyn Bryan); his close friends, Arthur, Evelyn Parrot, Larry, Linda Crum and Jeff Murphy; and also, Terry, Debbie Hanagan and Glenda Fields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
